The Rebirth

For years, I operated in the shadows—playing a role that wasn't mine and carrying weight that didn't belong to me. I was a dreamer waiting for permission to claim the sovereignty I already held. Then, I cut the cords. I traded the static of my hometown in Virginia for the grounded power of my new home here in Charlotte. Walked through the fire of a spiritual baptism in New Orleans. That is where I stopped asking for a seat at the table and decided to build my own throne
